NCPSI carried out the civil construction of the laydown area for a 150 MVA power transformer at NGCP's Compostela Substation in Canamacan, Compostela, Cebu — engaged as subcontractor to Philmar Construction Corporation. The power transformer itself was supplied by NGCP.
