Yes. NCPSI is a licensed contractor with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) under License No. 50708, holding a principal classification of General Engineering (Category D), with additional classifications in General Building, Specialty–Electrical Work, and Specialty–Mechanical Work. Our license is current and verifiable through the CIAP/PCAB portal, and we maintain full compliance with applicable Philippine construction and electrical regulations.
No. Our substation expertise is in air-insulated substations (AIS), which we deliver up to 150 MVA. GIS substations require specialized vendor partnerships and equipment that fall outside our current scope. If your project requires GIS, we'd rather be upfront than overstate our capabilities — and we're glad to refer you to qualified partners.
Yes. NCPSI has delivered substation and transmission projects for the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), as well as for major industrial and institutional clients across the Visayas. Our flagship EPC project is the Cebu Mitsumi TY8 Expansion, and our portfolio includes substation builds, upgrades, and maintenance contracts at multiple sites. Project references are available during the evaluation process.
Yes. We provide end-to-end project execution — engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning — for substations and industrial electrical projects. For projects where the client supplies major equipment, we also work as an installation and integration contractor. We adapt the engagement model to what the project actually requires.
We're based in Lapu-Lapu, Cebu and primarily serve clients across the Visayas region, where most of our substation and industrial portfolio is concentrated. We also take on projects in other parts of the Philippines for the right scope and partnership.
Yes. We provide preventive maintenance servicing (PMS) for substation high-voltage equipment, switchgears, transformers, capacitor banks, transfer switches, and fire detection systems — under scheduled contracts or as-needed engagements. We also maintain 24/7 emergency response capability for critical electrical issues at active facilities.
