Our Story
What began as one engineer's vision has grown into one of Cebu's trusted names in construction and power solutions.
In September 2016, Jonryl P. Novicio, PEE, PhD founded Novicio Engineering Services in Lapu-Lapu City, bringing with him over eight years of hands-on experience in substation projects, site management, and engineering design. In those early years, the company focused on electrical wiring for commercial buildings and fire detection and alarm systems — small in scale, but built on a big commitment to quality.
As demand grew, so did our capabilities. In February 2019, the company was rebranded as Novicio Construction Supply and Services (NCSS), expanding into medium and low voltage substation works, SCADA and automation, industrial building construction, and road and drainage projects.
On June 15, 2022, we took the next step forward — incorporating as Novicio Construction & Power Solutions, Inc. (NCPSI). Today, we deliver medium to high voltage substation projects and full-scale civil and structural works for clients across the Philippines, from local enterprises to industry leaders like Aboitiz Construction and Toledo Power Company.
Nearly a decade in, our mission remains the same: build lasting relationships, deliver on time, and raise the standard of what engineering excellence looks like in the Philippines.

2016 — The Beginning Founded as Novicio Engineering Services, specializing in electrical wiring and fire detection systems for commercial buildings.
2019 — Expanding Horizons Rebranded as Novicio Construction Supply and Services (NCSS), broadening our expertise into substation works, SCADA automation, industrial construction, and infrastructure projects.
2022 — A New Chapter Incorporated as Novicio Construction & Power Solutions, Inc. (NCPSI) — bringing all our services under one corporate banner with stronger capacity, larger projects, and deeper industry partnerships.
