Overview

NCPSI delivered the grounding system and the installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of the electrical systems at the SIPCOR substation in Candanay Sur, Siquijor — engaged as electrical subcontractor to Linergy Construction Corporation.

Scope of works

  • Design and installation of the grounding system
  • Installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of XLPE power cable, control and auxiliary cables, motor control center, switchgears, panel boards, manual transfer switch, and raceways/cable trays
  • High-voltage primary metering, including troubleshooting and upgrading
  • Supply and installation of transformer control panel and overcurrent protection relay
  • Testing and commissioning of 2 × 2 MVA (4.16–13.8 kV) transformers

Results

Completed grounding, cabling, and substation electrical works — including testing and commissioning of two 2 MVA (4.16–13.8 kV) transformers.
